ArcadeNexus
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms cover what the arcade is, what your account means, what you can buy, and what you agree to when you post, publish or play. By creating an account or using the arcade you accept them, along with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the arcade.
The arcade, its cabinets, its progression system and its social feed are run by the operator of ArcadeNexus ("the arcade", "we", "us"). Questions about these terms can go to the contact address at the end of this page.
You need an account to play. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country sets a higher age for online services; if you are under 18, use the arcade only with a parent or guardian's permission. Keep one account for yourself, keep your password to yourself, and give us an email address you actually read. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — see section 12. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Playing earns XP, levels, tickets, achievements, streaks and challenge rewards. These are the arcade's own way of keeping score: they are not money, they carry no cash value, they cannot be transferred between accounts and they cannot be cashed out. We may correct or remove progress that came from a bug, a cheat, a copied reward or a failure of the systems behind them, and no refund is owed for progress that is corrected.
Nexus Premium is a paid subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Premium page when you buy. Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own secure checkout. A subscription renews automatically for the next period until you cancel it; if you cancel, your membership stays until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops, along with the member badge, the member-only room looks and any early access it opened.
The prices we show include what we charge; any taxes and currency conversion your provider applies are shown at checkout. Nothing here takes away a refund or cancellation right the law gives you.
Tickets can be earned by playing or bought in packs at the ticket counter for the price shown there. Tickets are spent inside the arcade: on the arcade's own cosmetic looks, and on items a publisher sells for their own cabinet. Tickets themselves are not money, are not transferable between accounts and are not exchangeable back into money.
A look you have bought opens in the room customiser and stays yours; a look or an item can only be bought once, so a second tap cannot cost you twice. If a payment is reversed by the payment provider, the look, the tickets or the item it bought may be taken back.
A sale made inside a publisher's game only counts once it has stood seven days with no refund. Inside that week we can hand it back: the tickets return to the player and whatever the sale granted — an unlock, or the balance a top-up put on — comes off. Past that week the arcade may still reverse a sale, and when it does the arcade carries it rather than charging the publisher back for it.
Memberships work the same way round: a refund is made through the payment provider, recorded here, and takes the membership off the account and the money out of the month's pool.
You keep what you write, draw and build: your posts, replies, pictures, profile and room styling stay yours. By posting or saving them in the arcade you give us permission to store, show and reproduce them inside the arcade — to other players, on your profile, in the feed and in the rooms they are saved to — and to keep showing them for as long as they are up.
Do not post or upload anything that:
The writer — or an admin — can take a post or a reply down, and we may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these rules. Content you delete may still exist in backups for a time.
Creators send games from the Creator Studio. You must own or have permission for everything you send — code, art, sound, and anything embedded. You keep your game; by sending it you give us permission to host it, package it, and show and play it in the arcade for as long as it is published. We review submissions and may refuse or remove one, with the reason recorded back in your studio.
Publishers are paid from the money behind the tickets spent in their own cabinets: 70% of that money goes to publishers, split between them by the tickets spent inside their games, and 30% of the membership money collected in a month goes to publishers, split by the minutes played on their own cabinets. The arcade keeps the rest. A sale counts only once it has stood seven days with no refund, and a month is settled after it closes, at which point the ledger is written and a payout is recorded against the method you chose — arcade credits at the counter's own rate, a PayPal transfer, or a bank transfer. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
Promotions are bought through the same payment provider: a sponsored cabinet is a paid window you order from your studio, and buying again adds the new days on top of whatever is left. A late refund on a closed month is carried by the arcade and is not taken back off a publisher.
Many cabinets play a game that is hosted somewhere else — a link a creator supplied, a build served from its own store, or a game running on another company's site. Those games and sites are not ours and we do not control them: their own terms and privacy policies apply, their content can change or stop working, and we are not responsible for them. The same goes for any other outside service you connect. Linking a Discord account is optional and is a matter between you and Discord.
Play it, post in it, publish in it, buy in it — but do not:
Where a rule is broken we may remove what was gained, suspend the account, and where the law requires it, report what happened.
The arcade's own side — its code, its look, its cosmetic designs, its art and its name and marks — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us, and you may not copy or reuse it outside the arcade. The games publishers send stay theirs. Everything else you put in stays yours, as section 7 says.
We may suspend or close an account we believe has broken these terms, and where we do we will say why. You may stop using the arcade at any time and ask us to close your account. Closing an account ends your access, your progression and any unused tickets, and does not refund a period you have already used; if we close an account that has not broken these terms, your statutory rights still stand. Records we must keep — payments, payouts and anything needed to settle a month already shared out — survive the closure.
The arcade is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that every cabinet will load, that a third-party game will keep working, or that nothing will ever be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress, tickets, a look or an item — except where we have been negligent, where we have broken these terms, or where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer.
The arcade changes, and so will these terms. When we update them we change the date at the top of this page; if a change is significant we will say so in the arcade. Continuing to use the arcade after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the arcade's operator is established, and any dispute is handled by the courts there — without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live.

Chat in the arcade has three places: the arcade's own public channels, a channel for each room, and channels a player keeps of their own. Every channel carries its own rules above the conversation, and they sit alongside these terms rather than instead of them.
What you say is yours, and it is your responsibility. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or designed to deceive; do not flood a channel, spam links, or advertise outside the channels meant for it; and never share another player's personal details. Slow mode, message length, link limits and rate limits are enforced by the arcade, not by your browser.
Channels in public places are kept for 30 days and then deleted; a room's own talk lives only while players are standing in the room. A line an admin takes down is hidden from every view and kept for the record, and any player may flag a line to an admin. We may mute an account in a channel, take a line down, close a channel, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Blocking another player is your own business and is never announced to them: their lines are hidden from you and yours from them.
We email you about the arcade: a welcome when you join, a digest of what your crew has been doing, product updates, and occasionally a nudge if you have not been around for a while. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them for good. Unsubscribing never stops the messages that keep your account working — a password reset, a verification code, or a receipt for something you bought.
